Elena Biedert is an award-winning and globally recognized pre- and postnatal coach, internationally published author and model. Driven by her son’s traumatic birth with an unexpected c-section that almost took her life, Elena founded “Mama Fitness Coaching“ to support other mothers. With a holistic approach, Elena focuses on helping new mothers recover and reach their fitness goals post-pregnancy so that they can feel confident and strong without sacrificing important time with their loved ones.
- Elena was named as a pre- and postnatal coach of the year in 2023;

My Story
I might not have the most straightforward path, but this is what made me the way I am and gave me the purpose I have. Also, all the different backgrounds and knowledge I have, makes me to a better expert in both, being a coach and designer.
Born and grew up in Russia, studied computer science and media in Germany, and found my passion in women’s health.
I absolutely love design, being creative, learning new languages, and meeting with people all over the world. Everything I do is powered by this love and, if I may say, talents.
Fun fact: I have three crazy huskies, and our house is pretty insane.
